Dr. Timothy Seidlitz has worked in the healthcare

field since 1974.  He completed his undergraduate

and graduate degrees in Medical Physiology at

the University of California, Davis, and a Doctor

of Optometry degree from the Southern California

College of Optometry in Fullerton, California.  From 1974 to 1979, he worked in emergency medicine as a Med-Evac Aviation Officer in the U.S. Army.  He is certified as a Watsu® Therapist, Assistant Watsu Instructor, Shiatsu Practitioner, and is Nationally Board Certified by NCBTMB as a Licensed Massage Therapist.

Pseudo-Sciatica, Deep Tissue Sports Massage and Trigger Point techniques were learned from Gary Wilson, expert from the Heartwood Institute, Ashland School of Massage, and the School of Shiatsu and Massage.

Lymph Drainage Therapy® training in Dr. Bruno Chikly's LDT technique was with the Upledger Institute and International Alliance of Healthcare Educators.

CranioSacral training was with the Upledger Institute and the School of Shiatsu and Massage, providing solid principles and practices of CranioSacral Therapy and energy healing.

Dr. Seidlitz studied with Cherie Soria and is a graduate of the Living Light Culinary Arts Institute of California, as an Associate Chef and Instructor in the preparation of RAW and LIVING FOODS.  This education, experience, and preparation led to the creation of the Seidlitz Family Water And Land Massage Assisting Health, an activity based in Dunsmuir, California, and committed to helping balance one's own body's ability to heal itself.

Dr. Seidlitz also teaches classes to the local community on "Diabetes and the Eye", and has special interest in conditions like Macular Degeneration, Acne Rosacea, and others, directly influenced by what we eat.

Dr. Seidlitz' desire to share himself through bodywork

started as a seed planted by the truly professional

and caring treatments shared with him by

Jayne Brogan, ( Sonoma Holistic Center  and

www.sonomamissioninn.com ).  That beginning

blossomed when he received his second Watsu

from Shantam, ( www.h2om ), releasing memories

of how blessed he was to have overcome polio at the

age of five, through the grace of God, heat treatments, bodywork and the dedicated love of his father and mother.  From that moment, his passion has been to share his love for life, through emphasis on proper eating, exercise, water and land bodywork, and just being CONTENT with life... right now.

Blessed with four grown children, Dr. Seidlitz and his wife  are active in their local church.
